When you order from PT RaceGear, we ask you for
your email address and we need to know your name, your delivery address, and
your credit card information.
We take your privacy very seriously. The
information, which we receive from you, remains with us. We do not sell or trade
or share this information with anyone outside the PT RaceGear or
SignZone companies.

We have Secure Socket Layer encryption. When your
credit card details are transmitted online they are done in a format that nobody
can access except us. Your name, address and credit card number remain secure
with us. Once we receive your order, your personal information is immediately
isolated on a secure server, behind a firewall, not accessible from the
Internet.
Return Policy:
All sales are final. All returns require prior
authorisation from the Company. Authorised returns for other than defective
goods will be subject to a 20% restocking charge or a minimum of $10.00 (incl
GST). Any item that has been altered from its origonal state (eg embroidered,
printed, etc) may not be returned unless the item is defective. All returns MUST
be reported within 7 days of purchased.
